How to Keep Synthetic Urine Warm
Most employers use urinalysis for drug testing, and this may be behind the rising demand for synthetic urine in recent years. However, proper usage of the product is a must for success.
Reasons to Synthetic Urine Warm
With initial drug screening normally excluding a validity test for samples, the testing staff may simply check the temperature of the urine, ensuring it has not been substituted. Human urine is naturally warm, so it follows that your synthetic urine sample is warm too; otherwise, testing staff will think it’s fake and decline it. Of course, getting caught also spells trouble with the person or organization that required the testing, not to mention with the facility itself.
Normal Human Urine Temperature
Normal human urine temperature is about 94F to 96F warm. A drug test sample’s temperature must be taken within the first 4 minutes of being received by the staff, considering that changes can occur, depending on the ambient temperature. Acceptable range is from 90F to 100F, and any sample that lies outside of this deemed suspicious.
Warming Synthetic Urine
These are the most common methods of heating synthetic urine:
Microwaving synthetic urine is the easiest method of increasing its temperature by far. Simply put the container in the microwave and let it stay for some 10 seconds. To know if the sample is usable, use a temperature strip. Remember that too much heat can destroy it, so don’t leave it in too long. Even if it cools down, the properties of natural human urine will not be restored.
Hand warmers are much smaller and more readily available, so they’re Generally considered a better alternative to the microwave. Just put the liquid in a small container and tape the hand warmer around it. Not all hand warmers work the way however. Buy one that maintains heat in the 90F to 100F range for as long as necessary.
Sometimes, you won’t have to look for – your own body can be your best synthetic urine warmer. After putting the sample in a sealed plastic bag, tuck it inside your underwear or in your inner thighs. Under the armpits is also a good spot, and if you’re a woman, you can secure it in your bra.
Practice Makes Perfect
Lastly, make sure you practice your moves before actually going to a testing center with your synthetic urine sample. You need to know exactly what you’re going to do and how you’re going to do it to avoid getting caught. More practice means you will be more relaxed during the testing, instead of being all anxious and fidgety.
